Each ResourceAbilities permit holder must have their own account with a unique email. If the same email is used for multiple people, unique email aliases can be created on your custom domain email account. Depending on the email service you use, multiple email aliases can be created on a single account.
What is an email alias?
An alternate email address, also called an email alias, is a forwarding email address that can be added your primary email address. All email delivered to an account's alias will arrive in the account's primary inbox.
Example: my email address is "jack.smith@mydomain.com". I can create the alias "jane.jones@mydomain.com" on my email account, so long as that alias or primary email address is available and not already in use by someone else. All email sent to "jane.jones@mydomain.com" will arrive in the inbox for "jack.smith@mydomain.com".
Can I make an alias on my free Gmail.com or Hotmail.com email?
Sorry, aliases are not available for free types of email. But you can set up another Gmail or Hotmail account for free and forward all email to the account of your choice. You can also set up an alias of your new Gmail or Hotmail account in your chosen email account. That way you can send mail out as the other email as well, without having to login and manage multiple email accounts.
